A fort town's idea of craftsmanship, applied to travel.
Trip Travvy started in Vasai-Virar — a town where a 16th-century Portuguese fort still stands a few kilometres from the Arabian Sea, and where three languages and as many communities have shared one coastline for generations. That layering taught us something about travel: the best journeys aren't mass-produced, they're built up, piece by piece, by people who know the material well.
We started by planning trips for neighbours and friends across Vasai-Virar and Mumbai's outer suburbs — routes that fixed departures never quite got right for Indian families travelling with parents, kids, or particular budgets. Word travelled faster than any advertisement could. Today we design journeys for clients across Maharashtra and beyond, but the approach hasn't changed: one client, one itinerary, at a time.
